Eventually had success repairing the wiring to box in the airing cupboard. ..a simple repair apparently but difficult to diagnose,a mistake by the original sparkle who updated the box a year ago. He never did return after i told him it was NOT working correctly
I was beginning to lose faith in the integrity and abilities of so called "EMERGENCY" FIRMS who seemed to lose heart whenever a job seemed to be a bit complicated.
